KEYSTONE CORPORATION REPORTS

November 10, 2010 RE: 2010 ELECTION OVERVIEW Dear Keystone Board Members, The Keystone Corporation has a proud heritage of serving as a catalyst for the accumulation of candidate assistance and resources for our endorsed candidates. This 2010 Nevada election cycle was no different.  Keystone contributed $153,000 to twenty eight different campaigns and independent expenditure groups and, more importantly, created a multiplier effort that brought tremendous resources to these targeted races. Through the additional efforts of individual Keystone members, and their colleagues and associates it is estimated that as much as one million dollars made its way into these important campaigns. More than seventy percent of the candidates that received contributions won their races. This included the pivotal legislative races that took super-majority status away from the Democrats in the upcoming legislative session. Keystone members also played a significant support role in Brian Sandoval’s successful gubernatorial race. Keystone holds a unique position in Nevada politics in that we will only contribute to those candidates that support our mission statement of promoting private sector job creation, low taxation, and smaller government.  These vital activities by Keystone over the last year surely signify that Keystone members, as always, are willing “to put their money where their mouth is.” Our sincerest thanks to all of the Keystone members that once again have made a tremendous impact on the political landscape of Nevada.  Sincerely, John R.
